its okay to think a certain way, because our thoughts come from our life and experiences. however when we keep thinking negatively we need to find the source of the problem! and when we are tempted or wanting to think about said subject, immediately find something else to do or think about.
it may sound tough but it helps, but if you cant think if anything else to think about, find a good book. (ask a friend or family member if you cant find one.) this is what i need to do.
