This is his Feint state, where he'll lose all moral sense and go insane. How he changes into this state is not known, and is entirely random. He got this state from a curse he has.

His healing factor is enhanced in this form and develops these thermal energy made tentacles that protrude from his arms. This makes Calose use those more than his hands, which are converted into fire.
