Victeenie. the phrase "Bark-with-no-bite" is probably a good way to describe him. Victeenie loves being the center of attention, and loves to act tough. However, because he is a Victini, many strong Pokemon want to fight him to see if they can beat the Pokemon that 'always wins.' however Victeenie manages to slip his way out of fights quite well. Victeenie also only likes to eat ice cream if it has sprinkles on it.
