i like everything besides the jaw line. idk i think it looks lame now lol but ill see what i can do about the background love <3 thanks for the suggestion ^U^

It looks fine to me!
On the color wheel green is the opposite of red and next to green is blue and yellow so to make him stand out from the bg I would probably use thoughs shades of colors ^w^
