She also has two angel wings that she wears on her ears, Gloves with small blades on her forearms, and feminine boots with hidden daggers in the heels

Yeah, since Levi wasn't born with his powers, he doesn't get all the perks that the Mystics have. Like a full suit and complete control over his powers
