Skwertle used to hang out with Charmandah and Peekatchu a lot, but recently has been a lot busier. Skwertle is a year older than Peekatchu. Skwertle's peraonality is balanced, he's just like a regular guy. Skwertle wants to learn to play the keyboard, and is getting better at it. No one is really sure exactly where Skwertle came from, or what his backstory is. Charmandah and Peekatchu theorise he is a secret agent (but they have no proof).
