Quick science lesson: The reason why the lights don't appear to be shining on #Rainini is because colored light bounces right off of her & reflects back as every color, which makes her appear white. On the other hand, SUNLIGHT (UV rays) bounce off of her & reflect back as every color of the RAINBOW.
