This is Talise, she is not my character xD
Talise is a 15yr old girl who controls water. She went on a journey to find a Water Master to train under so she would be able to control her powers. She is small and shy but, she is not afraid to take action. Her powers are close to that of an Original Element's power.
Putting this under #PassYourDrive cuz i suck at drawing water so i went Super Sayian doing effects xD and #3D
