oh yeahh.... i never said why cg actually has the gears on her wings. when she was like 19, she didnt have a job house or money, so when she got into a flying accident she had to fix them herself. she needed to figure out a way to heal them, with still allowing them to move, so the gears go through all the way to the bone.
