So the school play I'm in is on Wednesday
I'm so anxious about it rn bcs I blank out like :boom: and I forget all my lines I've tried talking to my mum but she doesn't care that I'm terrified and she says It'll be fine BUT IM ALSO AFRAID OF HEIGHTS AND THE STAGE IS HIGH AND I LOOK DOWN AND ALL I SEE IS THE PEOPLE UNDER ME AND I FEEL IM GOING TO FAINT. This is dramatic and stupid but it's making me rlly anxious

THE GUY PLAYING PAPA BEAR WENT WALKING BEHIND THE CURTAIN AND WAS SAYING IM SO BADDIE.AND A STAGE CREW GUY PUT MUSIC ON AT THE WRONG TIME AND WE ALL STARTED DANCING XD! But the rehearsals are tiring me and stressing me out. On Thursday we rehearsed for 2 hours JUST ON ONE SCENE LIKE DAMŃ WE'RE THAT BAD AT THAT SCENE

I have rlly bad stage fright :disappointed: I don't usually have a fear of heights it's odd. I think it might be bcs there's loads ppl looking at me and I get dizzy.

but maybe when you feel or see that people are looking at you, maybe try taking deep breaths?
