I had taken an unexpected hiatus. I apologize for that.
And I also apologize, but I need help. I heard that Flipnote 3D was being released to those who had a ClubNintendo Account, but I missed my chance to make one. Does anyone have a code (and directions) for getting F3D?

Okie dokie, so, I don't know if you're gonna see this, but I just found out a way to get FS3D.
Instead of Club Nintendo, there is a new service that acts basically the same way. If you create an account, then you can purchase Flipnote Studio 3D with points.
I barely had to do anything to get the amount of points needed, so I now have two copies of FS3D in case my 3DS gets destroyed! (Hopefully not, haha.)
