Well, first and foremost, it sounds (to me) like you aren't necessarily against the RIGHTS of those who are gay. Now, I bring this up because speaking your opinion in a way that isn't skewed will allow for less people to jump to conclusions with stuff like this or even go as far as they had with it. So before I get into the rest of everything, what is your actual opinion on the matter? I see it as that you just don't agree with people being gay (or the act thereof); however, you aren't necessarily against that they are that way (as seen from you accepting your friend's decision) ((I guess I should also mention that I completely stand by people who are gay/bisexual/ect and their rights :P I'm also a Christian so don't worry about that)) Nevertheless, I do not agree with their accusations and I honestly feel (however this depends on the complete situation and your feeling of comfort) as though you should speak to them again about this if they did not get your opinion across correctly. It is soooo important for people to understand that there are many different opinions in the world and that one does not automatically equate to another (like they did with yours to homophobia) I say you should bring this up again just so they can understand that there is a difference and respecting peoples opinions NO MATTER WHAT they are is crucial for anyone to be happy on this planet (and for others to respect their own opinions). Furthermore, they had absolutely no right to attack your religion. I do not know if that is why you personally decided to be against it but in all honesty, it shouldn't matter. If you have decided that that is why, it should be enough. They should hear that and realize that despite what they say, this is your opinion and that is that. ((Again, I'm not completely clear on everything about your opinion (like if it was a religion-based decision or not but feel free to tell me so I can understand it all better!!)) Also, not every person who is a Christian believes in exactly the same things. It is ludicrous on so many levels to even assume that. I'm sorry that you feel attack and hurt by this but if you ever need me to stand by you if this kind of thing happens again, I will. Nevertheless, I'm so happy you feel like you can come to talk to me about this stuff and I will certainty pay head if they ever show up in my gallery or anyone else's that I know.

Well, you know what... just don't care! Their words should be meaningless to you. After all, they are just attacking you out of pure ignorance. Besides, why would you want those 260+ to be your followers anyways if they are just as closed-minded as they are?? You are better off!! <3 ((I know saying things like, 'just don't care' is a lot harder said than done ((especially considering I am such a 'passive' person but I know for a fact that you will feel better once you realize that their words are empty and should in no way be taken to heart.)))

Cleooooooooo!!! Ah, I didn't expect you to jump in <3 :O I'm actually thoroughly surprised at how different all of our beliefs are > v <! Just goes to show you how everyone on this planet can (and do) believe in other things (and still be friends :3!)
For your first point, I was never actually taught that my religious setting so it is actually really neat to hear another point of view on it :O!!! It also makes a ton of sense for people to see it that way > D <! I'm like super surprised I never heard that talked about in my religious community (because omg it really makes sense???!!)
Second- I haven't personally looked into this subject via the natural/environmental world soooo I'm not actually sure about it all of the details to really know. However to me, the environmental side of it has no real say (or rather a very large say) in how humans act ((communicate, create, ect)). After all, we are so very different in nearly a plethora of ways to creatures that it wouldn't seem right to completely constrict human activity to how creatures act. ((I'm also using 'creatures' to represent other organisms such as plants, cells, ect rather than just limiting it to the animals of the world))
Ahhh, but bullying happens on both sides D: ! It isn't a 'one side only' dealio. Although, both sides are wrong to bully so no one wins there :P

Q - Q You probably don't agree with my sexual orientation then from the sounds of it... I guess that is also a big reason why I stand with the gay/bisexual/ect community because I kind of relate to them more. I'm an asexual and I'm constantly bombarded by society telling me that we don't exist and that there is something wrong with us. But hey, all in all, it just makes me more biased to one side, right? xP
I'd rather people just choose for themselves how they want to live/who they are. Whether or not I agree with it shouldn't effect their lives and I'd much rather everyone just be happy (despite whatever the consequences that could come) It is their life decision and I am definitely not going to get in their way! Honestly, I'm willing to believe that if God really doesn't agree with gays/ect, he will still forgive them in the end. After all, that is what makes him the just God he is! That he is willing to forgive ANYONE who believes in him.
Gosh, I should listen to my own advice and make my stance a looot more clear. x'D
