I'd assume that the dragon is a fire type. So, fire against fire is not very effective. Both Sushi and the dragon appear to be using Flamethrower, which is a special attack. Flareon must be at least level 52 to know this move. However, Flareon's stats are mediocre at best, save for its high attack stat. But that is useless, considering that Flamethrower is a Special Attack based move. I cannot identify the possible stats and level of the dragon. So, if this were to not end in a draw, I'm certain that Sushi would have a possibility of winning.
Re: I probably could have found a way to do some calculations on how much damage Sushi's Flamethrower would cause, but I would need to know Sushi's Special Attack stat and the dragon's Special Defense stat. Now that I think about it, I suppose I could just find the average Sp. Attack of a Flareon, if we assume Sushi has not gone under Super Training or EV training.
