Jikan is very old. He may not look like it, but he is.
Weilding the power to travel through time, Jikan is a very useful ally, and a very dreadful enemy.
Tundra and Blossom know him, but they thought he dissapeared when the calamity struck the the realm of Necrosa, which fell to ashes.

XD That makes more sense... But he's differentish.
If you've ever watched the French show, Wakfu, (it's on Netflix) Jikan is kinda like Nox, the main villain of the first season X3
