Hey don't blame yourself, it's not your fault. Maybe you should try doing something you both love to take your minds off of the bad thoughts? i know when i feel like that i like to draw outside, so maybe you could play with a pet or prehaps do some of your hobbies? just please dont k!ll or harm yourself, i know things will get better it just takes time
