I'm all for save'n trees but...why NEVER cut down trees?

*Cuts tree, tree then leaks some treesap onto the floor, for some reason causing a mini volcano to sprout from the soil, mini volcano erupts casting out many tiny parasites, Parasites seem to be more intelligent then expected evolving by the minute, they then learn how to cast spells and use magic to duplicate themselves thus overthrowing the alkia population, Parasites then make all alkians slaves forcing them to explore dungeons for valuables and Coal(parasites love the coal for reason), Parasites eventually get bored of bossing around the alkians, They decide to build a spaceship to leave alkia and rule another planet, One parasite accidently pushes self destruct on the spaceship resulting in an explosion, explosion then ignites all the coal gathered by the parasites, resulting in a fire burning down alkian homes, desperate for shelter an alkian trys to cut a tree for lumber, tree sap falls into the soil, cycle then repeats itself.* Don't cut trees..
