A new OC of mine! I got inspired by the song Little Fang. (check it out!)
Whisper is a lonely, depressed male beagle who is blind. He doesn't believe in hope and gives up quickly. He doesn't enjoy the company of others and is very awkward to talk to. He has the power to go into others thoughts and feelings. He's pretty much the opposite of his breed (beagle).He can form into a cat too! /XD I can't wait to use him!
