Ol' Rusty by Inu-Strider
Owner of the Black Cherry bar as well as it's bartender. He helps our heros keep under the radar and gives them a place to stay while they're in town. On the condition they keep his daughter Gypsy safe. He is the father figure as he has wisdom and compassion for whom he cares about. Have a nice day, a better tomorrow! and yes, he's always cleaning SOME glass when on screen

He's like a black Podley! I imagine he's got some interesting stories to tell. Probably a secret badass with a shotgun and nunchucks under his bar. Or maybe that's just my imagination.

@H0-Yeah, you're close haha. Who he is kinda depends on who you are and how close to his daughter you are. Although he's like a big teddy bear if you're on his good side
