Wow, a SECOND lucario #OC? Never thought THAT would happen, now did ya?
So a mint green & red #lucario popped in my head, & I just HAD to make it an OC. I loved the color scheme, so that's what I did! But I couldn't just throw her out there with no story, so here ya go.
Profile: #LucyLucario is Luan's childhood best friend. She's shy & softspoken, but don't let it fool ya. She can sting a lot when she needs to.
