First steps to Kumaria by Senise_the_being
Based off of Reia's book, I loved the Yuri Kuma Arashi series even though it was really short, it was a good show. I really wanted to draw a scene from it, so I chose this scene. I traced nothing in this picture, & I tried my best to replicate the coloring style she has, and I wanted to be able to color something where I am proud of the way I colored it. To be honest, I had no real clue on how to use the 3rd/hard brush until now.

yes! this is really nice. I can see the colors you were going for and they're blended really well. The foreground is simple but pretty! Its something I find hard to achieve ;w;) this is rly good. You can tell where light is comming from based on the shadows and its not just color on black. You chose the right colors for shadows and much feeling was put into the work. But like I said THIS IS REALLY GOOD! thankyou for asking me to look at your work. keep up the good work and never give up!

hey! its not about the likes although they might make you feel happy. Its about your passion for art. I just do what I love most. If theres no passion then art feels pointless.

Reply: #PassTheColor is a tag artists have been passing around to each other. Basically you draw something with your character/personification, with a colorful background or object and you pass it on to others by mentioning them in the description.
Feel free to be creative, and make it unique to yourself ^-^

re: oh thank you, i use the soft brush with relatively low or half opacity, i like to use it thin and light. as for colouring, im an amateur, i do random things and hope they work. i prefer working with black and white but it can get boring lol. and your art is sweet!

rere: you're welcome. yeah i get that too! theres tons of amazing artists on here and i feel the same way. i guess you feel it less when you develop your style and get more confidence. i see a lot of potential in you so keep drawing ^o^
