Easy,just color in one layer behind the outline!Then if you want to combine them put the outline on the top layer and drag the colored part to the far right thing on the layer menu.Then erase the colored layer because u combined both layers on the top layer.Make sense?PLZ LIKE MY L.O.Z MAIN MENU PIC.U R WELCOME!

thats an awsome gohan! love dbz! yea the best way to colour to colour a layer behind then copy it over to the front layer where the oic is, took mea while to figure this out =p
