okee doke, so the sirens (at least on Colors) were created by Sharktoof. One of her characters is THE Siren, and is named thus. Sharky gave everyone permission to create their own sirens, and we went wild, creating sirens from reptilian to mammalian (like tish here). Only a few sirens in Sharky's story are the "correct" form with the singing and whatnot. I still haven't decided whether Tish is a singer. I'm thinking maybe she's a forest siren.
