This is the form missHPfan2 takes when she activates her amulet's power once it's fully charged. The transformation conjures a robe, and her ponytail gets an extension of magic. Yes, it gets even longer.
The amulet gives her a temporary supply of magic power. Her abilities in this form are powerful, however. She can fly as you can see, and she can also fire bolts of magic. She can perform various spells as well, but the more powerful the spells, the faster her magic drains.

She can also perform healing spells, but these drain her magic very fast. Getting hit, whether physically or by magic, also depletes it. When her power runs low, the magic around her ponytail will start to flicker and her spells will weaken, and when it runs out, she will revert to her normal form and the conjured robe will also be dispelled. When she reverts, she is also left very weak for a short time.
There is no way for her to charge her amulet faster. Once its charge is used, it takes several days to recharge its power.
