Yeah, same. Well I have to colour with coloured pencils on paper because my mum won't get me art markers or pocket money. DAM WOMAN GIVE ME THE MONEY!!! XD

hmm well.

first i put the color i want on the skirt. then i get a darker color and bring the opacity down and draw the lines and patterns all over it. after, I get the original first color and carfully run over it, again with the low opacity. then i add sparkles
