Fanny-fan-fanart! Nepnep took a lot longer than I initially thought she would! I had difficulty with her D-clips, but eventually came to an angle & size I was pleased with. x3 Also attempted adding a bg of Planeptune using various references. I never made a bg like...ever, so I didn't know how to scale! O_O So much wrong with it...Still, it was fun drawing Nep as well as her nation! I hope you like it! ^ u^
