I found a picture of Dewott in Nintendo Power about a week ago. Somehow, I remembered the pose Dewott was in, and today I decided to draw it. I had to go on the computer to get a few references for it, because I'm apparently too lazy to just use the Internet Browser... I know I messed up quite a few times, but here's Dewott, my second favorite Pokemon!
