Re: It would be a side comic. Tails is completely unaware of what Volts will do during some point of their hangout. Volts asks Tails if he's ticklish, and Tails says he is. He mentions his weakest spot is his stomach. A few seconds later, Volts goes right in and tickles Tails there.
