originally I was gonna add that Bloodstone is overly depressed, and thinks of harming herself. (Because Ruby hates Lapis, hence hating herself) But then I remembered that fusion partners have to share a common goal/emotion in order to stay together. So I kept the self-hatred, but made her protective love of Steven the main focus.

You can't stop it, but you can dampen it. Numb it. Look for a distraction, something you can do at least once a week, that weakens your ability to sense them. For me, I listen to Skrillex
