They are typically born without a lower jaw and rarely has one of it's own They get them from their prey and get new ones as it grows For small wings they are able to fly but only for a few minutes Because their mouths are shut they talk using their snake tails it doesnt eat or have eyes it can unwrap itself to move closer to head to speak They also eat food whole or tear their prey up using its claws
