I had the hardest time drawing clouds. I always stared at them in the sky. Then I realized clouds don't haave a shape. They can be flat, fluffy, or messy, and messy is right in my area.

This is beautiful! It looks like such a calm and free place. The colours go very together and the simple 3d effect is nice, great job!

I don't believe it's possible to truly capture the shapes, tones and texture of clouds through direct observation, since they're always changing. Sometimes I use a photo for reference when I draw them, but I tend to use my imagination more. I guess it adds a bit of character or personal flair to the paint, but it could just be me. lol
This landscape is absolutely gorgeous though! The clouds are certainly unique. The puffy and wavy shapes give the illusion that they are actually churning in the sky. The drawing style is quite different than a lot of other works I've seen! I think you did a marvelous job! Fantastic work!
