Had this idea for a Russian-esque city on Consta with the three territories of Umbra (bottom part), Twilight (western strip) and Eclipse (northern). It has a monarchy. Aurora is the next in line, but she doesn't want to be ruler. Let me know if I spelled her last name wrong.
