-no ocs, but states, provinces, capitals, and micronations are accepted
-characters such as Flying Mint Bunny or Mr. Tony come with their character (i.e. England, America) but can sometimes be used by other people as long as it's not abusive.
-hints at ships or shipping is allowed.
