In the game, "The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth" with the DLC "Wrath of the Lamb", Isacc is his own boss in the Cathedral area. I hadn't play this game myself, but i watch playthroughs on youtube.
Fun Fact: After beating Isacc in the Cathedral [replaces the Sheol with the DLC], if u have the polaroid item, u can go on to the Chest area. That area's boss is "???", aka BlueBaby, which kinda looks like Isacc who died of suffocation as seen in Ending 10.

I've heard of that game in certain places -- most of which were playthoughs by my favorite YouTubers! : J
