I've been drawing for a very long time- I am self taught so it is hard for me to give advice. it just takes time and practice. when I was young I was influenced by a lot of different mangaka. the best advice I can give is to sketch out your designs before you flush them out. try watching the playbacks of my images. that may help you :)
