#Rusalka belongs to #mimbianempire. :) I'm sorry but I had to do this; I hope you don't mind. XD This is how I imagine they'd meet; Barcer would be on an assassian case in Valm, and after he was done, Rus would be passing by and see him covered in b.lood/injured. /:O I can also imagine that Barcer gets scared easily (even though he seems pretty stoic). X)
