Could you suggest me a song, and tell me which way I should do it. PV (picture video) or Flipnote?

PV will let me use any colors, but will take longer and won't exactly be animated. It's more of a comic with music-

Flipnote is good, but I can only use Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Black, and White.

Please don't tell me what characters to put in it or how to do it pls. :U

But yeah, any suggestions?
