well. the tillate... is used in the word mutillate (that spelling is so wrong XD) scinthisizer? the beggining part?.... I really don't have a clue what I'm saying.

'Scintillate' as in to let of light/sparks? Sounds like a rather energy-associated title. Could also be a metaphor for sudden crisises or positivity. Or the opposite.
Yeah, I dunno DX
Looking at the background, I'm guessing it's something associated with electricity or energy-related reactions from objects.
