that show is called Marvel: Agents of Shield. They are kind of a misfit bunch who track down alien objects and people with superpowers etc. Trying to make the world a safer place. It's a spinoff of The Avengers. I had tried watching it before but didn't start from the very beginning. Now that I'm watching it in order I really like it.
