I wanted to add complementary colors to the orange theme, but now he looks like a human Gnar/Ziggs meets a mixture of Steampunk and Cyberpunk.
Ethan is part of a Steampunk themed gang known as the Clockwork Marauder. He's deemed the explosive expert, and loves watching things blow up before him, especially the nobels of The City of Progress.
A freak of science, Ethan is genetically spliced between a human and a dog, making him extremely loyal and protective of his territory.
