Excuse me,
My good buddy Naruki really wanted to make a confetti dragon too but he wasn't coming up with many ideas, then he had an issue with his 3ds so he simply can't make one for the contest either way now.
(Idk if it matters but what happened is he's been borrowing his sister's charger cuz his broke a while back. His sister recently broke her stylist, Naruki let her borrow his spare, then she broke HIS stylist. Now since he doesn't want to let her use his last stylist (which is pretty understandable) she refuses to let him use her charger anymore)
Anyway, I was wondering if it would be alright if I designed one for him? It doesn't need to be entered in the contest, I just want him to have a chance to get one..
I know him pretty well so i think i could come up with something he'd like.
