Her personality is a bit on the "cold" side I must say. Ha....Ha.... *crickets chirping* haaaaaa....... -Ahem- anyways,

Prisim's egg was abandoned in the arctic but it managed to survive. She doesn't really like talking to/being around people. She's met a few other dragons and learned enough off of them to know how to speak decently, but up in the arctic you don't get a lot of people to talk to other than a snowy owl flying by or the occasional arctic hare.
She gets annoyed quickly and chases off most people before they can even get a chance to talk to her. Due to this, she's usually pretty lonely. Despite her lack of social skills she is very caring and can be quite nice when she wants to be. She worries a lot about the friends she has and cares for them deeply even if she doesn't show it all the time.

Extra facts: She has transparent mist constantly comming out of her mouth. She actually has ice breath that she can use to defend herself with. It's not very large and doesn't go very far though.

Are you ok with her being ice elemented?
I've always gone with the idea that dragons get their elemental powers from their enviroment. Since that's how Confettis get their colors I figured it could work for them too.
