Played with his design all night and came up with a lot.
He's very charismatic. He knows how to manipulate most anyone that crosses his path. Normally the spines on his tail arent visible, as he tends to taunt and tease his victims with the feathers. He generally tricks others into getting food for him (hence why he's somewhat overweight), scaring them off after they've become no use to him. If one proves to be particularly difficult, he puts his spines to work.
