It's a really silly thing for some one to complain about. With the millions of people on Earth who draw and three primary colors to work with, it's going to happen sometimes.
Some people just take the "original character, do not steal" thing way too far. It's not worth worrying about.

re: Thanks. And i read her gallery info and it seems like she does this to people with female ocs or something. So i think the best we can do is block her and warn other artists about this so they don't have to be worried or anything.

It's just a stupid attention begger. Ignore her. Once on my instagram I posted an animation I did and within 5 min. of posting it this kid said "you didn't make this. You are a hacker. I will ban you and report you to the cops on account because you hacked." It's best to just ignore it
