Porcelain thermometer by hanoitwin
I collect vintage advertising thermometers...at this time i have over 80 of them. this is a Hills Brorthers Coffee porcelain thermometer, the porcelain has some chips in it but its in good condition being thats its 90 years old.

Aaron, it does still work. my collection started this way with my very first advertising thermometer.. I run a small plumbing company and several years ago i was doing a job for a nice lady who had a vintage round Green 7up thermometer hanging in her garage that caught my attention, i started asking questions about it, she told me that her ex boyfriend used to work for 7up and he gave it to her as a gift and it had been hanging in her garage for over 20 years... anyways after finishing the plumbing repair for her she suprised me by giving me the thermometer and ive been collecting ever since. I hit all the flea markets, Pasadena Rose Bowl flea market is by far my favorite. Nice to hear from you too Bill, i'm always checking for some new art from you, are you working on anything at this time? also Aaron I hope to see your latest work soon!
