Its super easy to start commissions! Are you on Deviantart? Mine is xMilky-kunx.deviantart.com ^^ Joining a lot of commission clubs and stuff and posting your prices and stuff there helps! You can make a journal or a commission sheet, I do commissions sheets because they seem to attract more attention! Your fan base doesn't matter, just post in a lot of clubs with lots of members can help you build one! Hope this helps!
