"Sev" is Sarlu's little sister. Keep in mind that Severa doesn't know that Sarlu is her sister due to the name change.
By the way, the posters are supposed to be crooked due to Sarlu just being physically incapable of putting posters up straight because she can never stand still long enough to do it. Also, she's hiding her wings and is trying to show the natural colors of her eyes and hair but when she got upset she couldn't help but even let her skin change a bit. :U
