Another Wip of a character. Shes not new xD shes been here since the beginning but ive rarely drawn her. This is Penelope's older sister Mei Colors (Her last name is really Sunshine but she goes by Colors due to her Singing profession). This is a redesign kind of for her. I hope to finish.
