U honestly dont need anything to draw to make art
Make a pattern, or a design
Or take an old drawing you did and recreate it in a new style
Try dot art (pointillism), or a mosaic, or symmetry, pseudorealism, pyrography, lineography, posterization, vitralism. The list goes on...
