Ray and Kurtiss have seen some design changes, Ray's are more subtle, Kurtiss' design got much more simplified, it was way overdesigned before. Lang on the other hand... Not to toot my own horn, but I got him right the first time.
There's supposed to be 2 other members to this team eventually, but geez, they've undergone like 3 design changes and they all look totally different. Eh, I'll get it right eventually.

Is it me or did you change Lang's hair slightly from his original design? Also could we see the concepts of the other 2 team members after they're officially announced? I'm really curious lol

Did I? If I did, I didn't mean to. Maybe it's just cuz the glasses are down? Although, to be fair, I haven't been very consistent with his hair color, it's been like * different shades of blue.
As for those concept sketches, I dunno. I'm not particularly proud of 'em, but we'll see.

He had some kind of hair springing up. It's probablynthe shades or goggles. I haven't noticed the color changed

*Ahem* so I'm just gonna go ahead and put it out there that I think Ray is se.xy. My inner fangirl is so happy you requested him (don't worry, I won't draw anything weird xp.) Okay? Okay. Now that that's out of the way.
This looks sooo cool! I kinda have to agree that they look like the Pokemon starters. Or even the first three units of a Fire Emblem game-there's always the red and green cavaliers-not sure why they do that.
Your outfit designs are beyond omazing my friend.
