Um.... I'm going to assume that it's not anthro. XD Her dogs aren't, so it's a good chance that her jay isn't.
I think for the most part it's just a regular bluejay? Maybe give it's head crest a little flare of something, I dunno.
Anyways, I'm loving the colors and expression on this picture!
